Service Bookings and Payments

Cancellation Policy

For individual consultations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

For workshops:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund or transfer to future workshop
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: Transfer to future workshop only

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. You may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost. Workshops may be transferred to future dates with at least 72 hours notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
